Booking & Cancellation Policy
BOOKINGS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Dear ones, I understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and in my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, I have adopted the following policies, please read them carefully.
DEPOSITE
I require a 50% deposit to hold your appointment. Please send your deposit within 24 hours from booking your appointment to confirm it.
Your appointment is only confirmed after the deposit is placed.
24 HOUR ADVANCE CANCELLATION NOTICE
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a session.
If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the deposit of 50% will be returned or the deposit can count towards
the following session. If the appointment is cancelled / rescheduled / missed with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit of 50% will be kept.
LATE ARRIVALS
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are late, you will be responsible for the “full” session regardless of the length of the treatment actually given.
NO SHOWS & NO NOTIFICATION
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact will be considered a
“no-show” and the deposit of 50% will be kept.
AGREEMENT
By sending your deposit you agree with Purifying Massage cancellation policy terms and conditions.
