Terms & Conditions

The following quotes is taken from the Groupon website. The notes following the quote are explanatory.

Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Appointment required subject to availability. Recommended to call 1 week in advance of desired appointment. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed Groupon price). Limit 1 per person. Limit 1 per visit. Valid only for option purchased. All goods or services must be used by the same person. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised good and services.

For example, if the promotional value is $90 and the Groupon costs is $39, then after 120 days an additional $51 will be required for the $90 service.

Cancellation notice must not be less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For example, 4pm appointment on Tuesday must be canceled before 4pm on Monday. Groupon's will be redeemed at the beginning of your appointment.

Groupon may only be used by the person who purchased it. A Groupon may only be used once.

We are 100% professional therapeutic massage provider. No sexual services are provided. Anyone requesting any sexual services or attempting sexual contact will be asked to leave and be reported to the police department.

Existing and Medical Conditions:

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc, that the massage appointment may be continued. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Your treatment time represents a significant part of the therapists day. If circumstances require that cancel your treatment, we would appreciate at least 24 hours of notice. Cancellations within this time frame are subject to a 50% fee to your credit card.

Appointments Reminder & Promotions

By booking an appointment, the client agrees to receive appointment confirmation and reminder via email or text. You may also receive our promotions or our request for feedback via email or text. You may unsubscribe anytime.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled massage appointment, your session will be shortened to accommodate the clients booked in after you. No full or partial refunds will be given.
